We provide physical exams for all ages, sick and urgent visits, ultrasound exams, EKGs, sports physicals, immigration physicals with vaccines, autonomic nervous testing, chronic care management, home visits for homebound patients, Nerve conduction testing, and platelet-rich plasma injections into joints and cosmetic PRP.

Ms. Cynthia Akin is a committed family nurse practitioner who practices at Kidz and Family Care in Palm Bay, Florida.

Ms. Akin completed her bachelor's degree at Liberty University and her master's degree in family health nursing at Chamberlain University in Chicago. She provides comprehensive care for patients across all age groups, managing acute and chronic conditions while prioritizing preventive health measures.

Ms. Akin values a patient-centered approach, fostering open communication and individualized treatment plans. Devoted to holistic wellness, she integrates evidence-based approaches that promote the long-term health and wellness of the families she serves.

Ms. Saneicka McCook is a nurse practitioner at Kidz and Family Care in Altamonte Springs, FL. She also offers virtual care to her patients. She can diagnose and treat various illnesses, chronic diseases, mental health issues, and injuries.

Ms. McCook understands patients' conditions and prepares individualized treatment plans. In addition to writing prescriptions, she offers lifestyle and diet counseling for holistic recovery. She also answers questions, conducts follow-ups, and writes specialist referrals, among other everyday duties.

Ms. McCook earned her master's degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University - Palm Beach Campus. She strives to upgrade her knowledge and skills through continuing education and ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.

Meet Sara Say Smith, a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Seattle, WA, who now calls sunny Florida home. Drawn to the state’s beautiful beaches and warm weather, Sara has embraced the coastal lifestyle while continuing to make meaningful contributions to the healthcare field.

Sara holds two advanced degrees: a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and a second Master’s Degree in Advanced Nursing Practice with a focus on Family Care, both of which underscore her commitment to clinical excellence and leadership in healthcare. In 2023, she completed her Family Nurse Practitioner program at South University, and she is proudly double board-certified by both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

With a rich background in neurology nursing and outpatient care as a Registered Nurse, Sara brings years of clinical experience and a deep understanding of complex patient needs. Her holistic approach to care emphasizes treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, making her a trusted partner in her patients' health journeys.

Outside of her professional life, Sara cherishes time spent in nature and exploring new places with her spouse and their two lovable Shih Tzu fur babies. Whether traveling or enjoying the outdoors, she embraces life’s adventures with warmth, enthusiasm, and a deep appreciation for every moment.
